From the M1 junction 25 take the Long Eaton exit which is the second if you have come off southbound or the fifth exit if you have been traveling northbound.

Drive past the Novotel Hotel on your left and down to the mini round about. Turn right at this mini roundabout and follow the road round a left bend and down to a large roundabout with a BUPA care home and the Eaton Farm restaurant on it.

Turn left on to Derby Road, follow the road for about half a mile, look for Trowell Grove on your left, the office is on the corner of Trowell Grove and Derby Road opposite the entrance to Trent College.

Junction 25 of the M1 is about ten minutes drive from the office.

Midland Mainline trains run regular services to Long Eaton. As you leave the station follow Wilsthorpe Road out to the left of the station off the large roundabout. The walk is about 1.5 miles straight up Wilsthorpe Road to the large roundabout with a BUPA care home and the Eaton Farm restaurant on it. Turn right on to Derby Road, follow the road for about half a mile, look for Trowell Grove on your left, the office is on the corner of Trowell Grove and Derby Road opposite the entrance to Trent College.

The train station is a good 20 minutes walk from the office.

There is a regular taxi service from the station.
